I was with a security guard in the lift, we got in at 12, the lift went up to 13 and then suddenly dropped within a few seconds to Lower Ground. Lower Ground is inaccessible and the lift door can't open there. The security on Upper Ground had to push the lift button to get it moving again to UG.

I pray every time I get into a lift there and I am not even religious.

The lift with this sign is not the same one I dropped in.

I’d rather climb 12 stories than ride in a dodgy lift.

I’d rather climb 12 stories than ride in a dodgy lift.

I have climbed those stairs before they had back-up power, I nearly died.
